The Lit Up Year is a twelve-month mastermind for accomplished women who are ready to expand into a deeper, fuller way of living.
I call it living lit up.
It is the capacity, the boundaries, and the depth of relationship with yourself and others that carry you into a far more expansive life.
This cohort is intentionally small.
A sacred circle of women who do this work together, guided by me, over a full year. Because this kind of becoming does not happen in a weekend, and it does not happen alone.
We reach what other programs have not.
I have spent years learning how a woman actually changes at the deepest level.
The kind of change that settles all the way into her and stays, long after the motivation of a fresh start has worn off.
It happens at the level of identity.
Underneath the habits and the history, at the level of who she is being. That is the level we work at here.
Together, over the year, we tend to your energy, so that it stops running you. We make room for you to accept yourself fully, all of you, so that you can stop abandoning yourself for approval. And we find your way back to the knowing that has been speaking to you quietly all along.

What I know is this. My work is never to add more to you. It is to help you come home to who you already are, and to build a life that finally has room for you.

I have watched it happen with every group of women I have ever guided.

Can I really commit to a full year?
