What does The Lit Up Life actually help with — business, mindset, or both?

Both, on purpose. Most business coaching only touches strategy — pricing, offers, sales systems — and most mindset work never connects back to your P&L. We work at the intersection: the practical side of growing a business, and the inner work (mindset, energy, and the universal laws that govern how momentum actually builds) that makes the strategy stick.

What do you mean by "universal laws," and how does that actually apply to business?

The universal laws — things like the law of cause and effect, the law of vibration, and the law of polarity — are the operating system underneath why some entrepreneurs stay stuck no matter how many tactics they try, and others break through. We teach how these laws show up in real decisions: pricing, sales conversations, hiring, and how you show up as a leader.

What is servant leadership, and why does it matter for someone building a business?

Accepted Answer

Servant leadership means leading by putting the growth and wellbeing of your team, your clients, and your community ahead of ego or control — and it's the leadership model we teach and practice ourselves. For entrepreneurs, this shows up in how you build your team, how you show up for your clients, and how you make decisions when growth gets hard.

Do I need to already be successful to work with The Lit Up Life, or can I be just starting out?

Accepted Answer

Both are welcome, but our sweet spot is women who've already built something real — you have clients, revenue, and proof this works — and you're ready to grow it without burning yourself out. If you're pre-revenue, our free BuildHER community is the better first step.

Where is The Lit Up Life based, and do you work with people outside of Idaho?

We're based in Sandpoint, Idaho, in the Inland Northwest, and our in-person events like the Hello to Hell Yes workshop and our retreats are held here. Most of our coaching and mastermind clients join us virtually from all over the country, and we especially welcome women local to Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene, and Spokane to join us in person.

What's the difference between private coaching, the mastermind, and the retreat?

Accepted Answer

Private coaching is one-on-one and built around your specific business. The mastermind is a year-long container with a small group of women, plus in-person retreats built in. The Cast Your Vision Retreat is a standalone, immersive event for entrepreneurs who want a reset and a plan without a year-long commitment.
